Tournament Registration

Sign-Up Instructions:

  • One team member should register/pay for each team. 

  • The $50 per player fee includes 1 guest + meal and drink vouchers for each.

  • Payment and registration form is due by FEBRUARY 19, 2022.

  • PLAYER REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER FEBRUARY 11 WILL RECEIVE A SIZE LARGE OR XL T-SHIRT.

Event Sponsorship Level Information:

  • Platinum Sponsor: $500 (1 Bag Team + 2 Guest Vouchers)

  • Gold Sponsor: $250 (4 Guest Vouchers)

  • Silver: $150 (2 Guest Vouchers) 

Hole Sponsorship Level Information:

  • Bean Bag Sponsor + 2 Players: $125 (includes 18"x36" laser cut-out sign + 1 Bag Team & 1 Guest Voucher)

  • Bean Bag Sponsor: $75/sign (includes sponsor sign)
